Order & Delivery

Your order is very important to us and we makes every effort to process and deliver your order as promptly as possible.

(Please note that delivery services are experiencing some delays during current restrictions due to the pandemic.)

Australian Deliveries

  • All orders made within Australia are shipped by Australia Post 
  • Orders are generally dispatched on the next business day, within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
  • Subject to availability of stock, delivery can normally be expected in Australia within 5-7 business days

  • Express shipping, where applicable, are shipped via Australia post with an added fee of 14.30 with a time frame of 2-4 business days. Note that Aus Post has warned that delays could be experienced.

International Deliveries

    • All orders made outside Australia are shipped by DHL.
    • Orders are generally dispatched on the next business day, within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
    • Subject to availability of stock, delivery can normally be expected:

    NZ: 2-4 business days

    UK: 2 business days

    US: 1-2 business days to West Coast; 2 business days to East Coast

    Shipping Fees

    • Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.  
    • Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment.  
    • We advise you to group your items in one order.  We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately as shipping fees will apply to each of them.

    In “Delivery Policy and Freight Charges”

    • Shipping fees are calculated on the basis of the weight of products and location of delivery. We will advise you of shipping fees upon confirmation of your order.
    • In Australia we offer Standard AU Shipping with Australia Post - $9.95; Free shipping on orders over $75
    • In New Zealand, US and UK we offer International Shipping with DHL - $29.95. Free shipping on orders over $200(AUD) or equivalent currency. Additional surcharges may apply for delivery to regional areas. If this is applicable to your order, you will be contacted by the Customer Service team prior to shipment. 

      For international deliveries, your order may be subject to value added taxes, customs or import duties once it reaches your destination country. Our shipping fees do not include such taxes and duties imposed by the destination country. Any foreign taxes, customs or import duties incurred are the responsibility of the customer. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office.

      Delivery delays

      • Any orders received after 12:00am Friday will be processed the following Monday afternoon.
      • Processing times may vary during holiday periods or sale periods, such as Christmas and Public Holidays and you may experience a delay in receiving your order.  We apologise in advance for any inconvenience.
      • Occasionally, delays are caused by out-of-stock products. If this is the case we will notify you as soon as possible and organise a refund or exchange.
      • We do not accept responsibility for delivery delays due to circumstances beyond our control or the postal delivery or operator (e.g floods, strikes and custom inspections).
